Amberlin is AMAZING! They treat you like royalty! From the get-go in the leasing office with Brooke, Teegan and Joyce, to Sheba who made my unit SPARKLE top to bottom and even welcomed me with a great BIG KINd hug, I am just elated to be a new resident! It’s glorious, peaceful, has just the right amount of activities and fun, and then some outstanding downtime and relaxation are always my choice. I’ve left the outside world and found “home” within the community of beautiful Amberlin! I can’t wait to attend Saturday’s brunch and I’m looking forward to the daily pool use. I’ve even already met some new friends! Everything is convenient and so well organized and thought out. Thank you, thank you, over and over to ALL who work hard to make Amberlin Heaven on earth! You’ve outdone yourselves!

My experience with choosing AQC was a great experience. Joyce my sales rep.who toured me is a gem. Someone extremely great with client relations and very relatable. We immediately bonded. She guided me well in the whole process from getting paperwork completed to ensuring i was able to get the apt i wanted and making my experience smooth and painless. The only disappointment was not being able to get on site storage and a covered parking spot. I don’t believe Sparrow plans effectively in the number of spaces to the amount of renters. They also don’t make an effort to provide storage space dimensions. This is not acceptable when committing to renting them to not have a good understanding of what is available. Theres a sense that staff just wants to fill a quota. From what i see storage spaces range from aprox 3’x4’ to much larger storage spaces. This was only discovered by seeing some while someone was putting things in their storage as i walked by and another tenant showed one she was getting out of. Staff sh

Didn’t have the apartment I need so need to transfer as soon as possible but was told I can’t for at least 3 mos. Need to be on a wait list right away would be optimal.
