In general I am very happy here. But, there are always things that can be approved upon. I’m not going to point to any one thing. I believe this living unit will improve as I continue to live here.

I was in need of an apartment quickly and the staff at Amberlin Creek were able to process my application so that I was in my new place in less than 24 hours. They helped me every step of the way! This is a quiet, secure, well-maintained community with dedicated professional staff. The housekeeper Sheba ensures your apartment is cleaned to meet even the pickiest persons expectations. Joyce did an amazing job of showing me around the community so that I could take advantage of everything that was available. Brooke processed all the paperwork needed in the most timely and efficient manner. All of the staff here are dedicated to ensuring your every need will met. I am so happy to be a part of this amazing community! If you are looking for a 55 plus community, look no further.

If u want to keep having ambassadors for this complex' then I think down the road u should show those ambassadors some appreciation' by having a appreciation day. I have your junior ambassador for over 2 years and no appreciation day or nothing and our other ambassadors.

Everyone that my sister and I meet were friendly and made us feel very welcoming. The staff which we had the pleasure to meet was Joyce, Tegan, Gayle and also Brooke. I can't say enough about them, they're all Amazing! The tenants and employees at Amberlin were outstanding.

In December 2025, I was looking to move from Kailua Kona, Hawaii to Queen Creek, AZ to be closer to my family. Had a tour of this wonderful facility and was so impressed that I signed up right away. A few management changes occurred before my move here in February 2026 but everything worked out fabulously. I am so excited to live in this fantastic place that has everything you need to live in Arizona comfortably. Maybe adding a jacuzzi would be a plus in the future. 😇 lol. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move to this area to visit Amberlin at Queen Creek, AZ and join us!

We just renewed our lease here at Amberlin Queen Creek after two years of living here! It’s truly a community that becomes family! Management here ensures that there is a plethora of activities to join in and meet people and it’s one of the most welcoming communities I have ever lived in!!! Hi we should have a security system or security guard on duty, if this keeps happening!!!!! If I hadn't come by at midnight to check the door, it would have been open all night! Just a few more events to get together to enjoy. Like bbq , games other than cards . I like when people come in with the games and functions. A little trouble with the pest control not working. Still have problems with the bugs on the patio area. My lease is not up until October but not planning on moving if you will still have us. 💕

I love all the amenities. Swimming pool with 5 waterfalls. Community garden. Pickleball. Computer room, library. Media (recliners) room, craft room and many more.

Does anybody inspect the landscaping especially landscapers as your catus are dying they need major attention and it's sad! It doesnot look good for community and your visitors. I'm sure they cost? Just bring this to your attention?

It would be helpful to have some sun sails over grill patio area. Also over a section of the pool. It would make those areas usable for longer periods of time. I can’t do the aquatic exercise class because I can’t be in the direct sun for that long, need some shade. I’m trying to use the exercise equipment but two of the machines haven’t been working properly for over a year. The front door doesn’t lock properly at night, if someone goes out the door it usually doesn’t shut all the way and therefore it doesn’t lock. It gets checked numerous times when people are downstairs at night. Most times it is not locked.

Only concern is the method to request service. Worse rent cafe version ever had. Often drop downs only and not choices needed plus wont allow for input. No time slots given etc etc very poor method. Had rent cafe in another state and maintenance was more effective and user friendly.

A family member has a nice apartment there. There are many activities and amenities such as a pool and gated parking. It is on a somewhat noisy street.

Moved in shortly after they opened in Aug of 2024. I felt very welcome and included from the very beginning . You can be as involved as you want, lots of things going on all the time. As in any business things change over time, so far some of those changes have been for the good. The residents are able to voice their concerns and bring attention to things that the staff may not be aware of. Some things that the staff sees as a positive may not feel positive to us. An example of that is the music playing ALL THE TIME. It would be nice to have it off at night when we gather to visit or watch TV in the clubhouse or play card games in the Bistros. Over all I'm happy here, I do hope to stay here if I can manage it.

I had an ant problem. Then the following morning I had more ants but being a weekend I had to handle it myself with the help of my son-in-law. John came on Monday morning. He sprayed the foundation and the gravel area. So far so good. We used Zevo spray. So far so good.

Sales Specialist "Joyce" and Community Manager "Tegan" were amazing. They were knowledgeable, patient and clearly explained the leasing terms and costs. We appreciated their humor and best of all always being focused on our needs. Joyce gave us a tour of the entire complex, highlighting features and showed us multiple units. She then with the impressive help of Brenda went above and beyond helping us complete an application. Both were instrumental in our decision to lease with Amberlin Queen Creek. Looking forward to moving in soon.

I'm enjoying my studio apartment, it is the perfect size for my needs. Everyone is friendly, especially my immediate neighbors. The reason I chose this community is the large pool which is perfect for swimming. Also needed it to be heated for swimming in winter months. A view of the Superstition mountains is an added bonus. The only negative I have...when I leave my balcony door open during the winter months the traffic noise is loud.

The residents were very nice and my guide, Nancy, was wonderful. I found the residents to be friendly and very accomdating in helping me make my decision. The quality of the construction was impressive, many amenities and a lovely pool. Nancy was available to answer my many questions and showed me the apartments I wanted to view even after changing my mind. I look forward to making Amberlin QC my new and forever home. Coming back to AZ!

Amberlin is an exceptional 55+ community with an exceptional staff and world class Maintenance/Cleaning personnel...Many activities to keep the mind, body & soul in a great working condition. Lots of fun at Social Events meeting new people and making friends who eventually become Family. Even though Amberlin is fairly new, there are still issues that hopefully can be worked out. My Wife and I LOVE to call Amberlin our Home!!!!

Amberlin is a very nice community. The apartments as well as the common areas are lovely with nice decor. We felt so welcomed when we visited that we were ready to move in right away. Unfortunately, we need to wait to sell our house, but when we do we'll go right to Amberlin. Nancy was wonderful to work with and she helped us so much as well as Don and Lynn, residents who showed us around and answered our questions while we were there.
